  Deena helped me and my wife get new phones after Sprint was very unhelpful with us. She made the process super simple and helped us get all the discounts we might have been eligible for. They even stayed open a littler later than their closing time to help us out since we stopped by later in the evening. I'd recommend this place over anywhere downriver.

  Great Experience with Lindsey! I grew up in Wyandotte so I've been going to this location on and off for years. When I had phone troubles the night before Thanksgiving, I figured I'd visit my usual store while I was down visiting family on Friday rather than try out a location on the east side where I currently live. I'm SO happy I did. I generally feel like sales people are pushy and condescending so what a pleasant surprise to deal with Lindsey at this location. She knew what she was talking about but allowed me to give my opinion and make choices for myself without trying to force anything down my throat. She got us a great deal on some Black Friday surprises, improved my data plan, got me a new phone and all very quickly and happily. I'd buy phones from her for the rest of my life if I could (though I assume she'll eventually move on to bigger things). Thanks for wonderful service!
